About Me
I was born a raised on the southern shore of Lake Erie, our Great Lake, having never resided further than one block from its shore. I am the eldest of six children, the only girl in a clan of boys, maybe I get my adventuresome spirit from trying to keep up with them.
I am a wife of 30 plus years and the mother of two girls. I am also a "Gaga" of two granddaughters, all of which love to be "on the move."
My Mission
AdventureBound Publishing's mission through its website and books is to encourage cultural diversity and understanding by education through experience.
My goal with both the website and my books is to provide photos, advice and recommendations for all of your vacation needs. Over the years as a former travel agent I have taken guests away from the stress of everyday life and created a relaxing and fun adventure vacation for them.
I believe everyone deserves their dream vacation.

My History
I started traveling the United States as a child with my parents in a small travel trailer. But what started as vacations grew into an endless passion "Of My Heart" for me. Soon the United States could no longer contain me and I had to venture further, 48 states to date. Over the years I have traveled to many far away lands (over 40 as of this writing, unfortunately a couple were only layovers, i.e. Japan, Taiwan, Paraguay, Italy, Ethiopia and Ireland) and have experienced many diverse cultures, my hope is to bring a greater understanding of the world to those that don't have wanderlust in their hearts.
